Question 1

How do I send my shopping list?

Accepted Answer

Type the items into the chat, or snap a photo of your handwritten list and send it. Somebody on our team reads it and puts together your basket. No app, no forms, no signup.

Question 2

What does it cost to start?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. There is no signup fee and no subscription. You only pay for the produce in your basket plus a small delivery fee, shown before you confirm.

Question 3

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Under 90 minutes within the areas we cover. Because we go deep in one constituency at a time, a rider near you is dispatched the moment your payment clears.

Question 4

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Tap the payment link in your chat and pay once by bank transfer, card, or USSD. We confirm it in the same chat, so there are no screenshots to send back.

Question 5

Where do you currently deliver?

Accepted Answer

We are launching constituency by constituency across Port Harcourt. Trans Amadi, Woji, Elekahia, Oginigba, Elelenwo, Eastern By-Pass and GRA are all live now. Send us your area on WhatsApp and we will tell you the moment we reach you.

Question 6

How fresh is the produce?

Accepted Answer

Everything is bought from the market the same morning your order goes out, weighed and priced at that day's market rate. No cold storage, no week-old stock.
